  • Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: If you require your order urgently, express shipping is available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 5-7 business days for major cities and 7-10 business days for remote locations.
  • Express Delivery: Orders shipped via express shipping are delivered within 2-4 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently offer shipping across all states and cities within India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to expand our services globally in the future.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please contact our customer support team. We will work with our courier partners to resolve any shipping issues promptly. In the rare case that your shipment is lost, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. Mg-mart.in is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Changes to Orders

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

9. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to reasons such as incorrect address, customer absence, or refusal to accept the delivery, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipping may be billed to the customer.
