Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Mg-mart.in, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Simply contact our customer support team at mukesh.gabani@gmail.com with your order details, and we will assist you in cancelling the order.
- If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
After Shipping:
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may return the product once it is delivered by following our return process (see the Return Policy for more details).
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Include pictures and a detailed description of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Wrong Product Delivered:
- In the event that you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will provide a replacement or initiate a refund after verifying the claim.
Refund for Returns:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product (see Return Policy), we will process your refund. Please note that returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.
- Used, damaged, or altered products that are not in their original condition.
- Gift cards or any promotional vouchers.
4. Refund Process
- After we approve your refund request, you will be notified via email.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, etc.) within 7-10 business days of approval.
- If you don’t see the refund reflected in your account within the stipulated time, please check with your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy
- In cases where you would prefer to exchange a damaged or incorrect item rather than receive a refund, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
- Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product, and the item should be returned in its original condition.
